The Clavinova Festival is a two day event held annually. Here are some of my
students that have participated in the festival having a little fun.
Kesley and Christopher are enjoying themselves next to the FREE Clavinova they

Using the Clavinova, students can record, edit and copy their performances onto a CD.
Vineet is one of my students who has used this technology to make his own CD. This CD
was made when he was five years old for some great memories. Recently in the Reflections
Award Program, Vineet received first place for his own piano composition at his school, and
placed third at the district level.
As teachers, we continually want to grow and learn. Belonging to the METN, (Music
Educators Teacher Network), teachers are given the opportunity to explore new ideas in
music technology. Monthly meetings help teachers learn how to integrate the Yamaha
Clavinova technology into their lessons. New technology helps students learn more rapidly
in a fun environment. Having four Clavinovas, a Yamaha Grand, and a Yamaha Upright
piano, my studio is a perfect place to balance new technology and traditional methods of
